K: Hi, I'm looking for someone to share a flat with. First of all, I would like to find out a little bit about you. Do you mind my asking you a few questions?
M: Hi! It's nice to meet you. Of course! Feel free to ask me anything.
K: Would you be so kind as to tell me something about you?
M: No problem! As you already know, my name is Martin, I'm 22 years old. I'm studying applied linguistics. I decided to move house in order to save time that I lose commuting to my university.
K: I see. You seem to be a very decent man. How does your daily routine look like?
M: Well, I start my classes in the morning. When I finish them, I come back home and have some time off. Sometimes I give private tuition or meet my friends.
K: That's great! I've always wanted someone to help me with my English! Let's talk about your character traits.
M: I'm a really open-minded person. I'm said to be kind and helpful towards other people. I never fall out with anybody. I try getting on with everyone, although it's not always that easy. One thing that I don't like about myself is that I get nervous at times.
K: It's like you were talking about me! I believe you're the person I've been looking for!
M: I'm glad to hear it.
K: How could we spend our free time together?
M: I believe going to the cinema or to a restaurant would be a good idea for a start. Then we will certainly come up with other ways of spending our leisure time.
