My computer was crashing, I couldn't save any files, attachments were deleted, I lost my passwords and couldn't read my emails. I thought it was because of the juice I had split over it, but it only made the keyboard sticky. So, I learnt that computers can, like people, catch viruses and I asked my friend for help. He couldn't do too much but asked his friend. He also was unable to recover anything, but asked his friend. And finally, my friend's friend's friend discovered it had been a virus responsible for all the troubles. He installed and launched an antivirus and within a few minutes it all came back to normal.
Now I can log in and out, use email and do whatever I want. I'm so glad that I'm protected. The only thing which bothers me a bit is my bank account, which I don't know why it's cleaned out.
