I find shopping very boring and uncreative at all. Putting items into a basket is more robotic than human.
I shop in supermarkets for better prices and ability of spending as much time as I need without being pushed or asked for anything.
Occasionally, I buy with my parents but most often with friends or my girl-friend who is the best advisor ever. Obviously, when had to buy the most demanding gift last year I couldn't ask her, because it was for her. I remember having spent a lot of time wandering all around shops and looking for something special but it came to nothing. Finally, my sister helped me to choose a great book and it appeared to be a bull's-eye shot. She enjoyed it a lot, and I got a nice kiss.
