Writing an email to a friend
Dear Kate,
As you know I have recently moved to the countryside and I'm loving everything about it!
The air is so fresh, there is nature all around us and so many country roads I can ride my bike on. Additionally, it's really calm here - the closest neighbours are so far away that you don't have to be afraid of the noise. Maybe now we will finally take a dog, I've always wanted one!
We are almost all set up now but we were without furniture for a few days, cause the moving truck confused our address and delivered our stuff to some other house. It was quite funny to sleep on the floor for such a long time, it felt like camping.
The only bad thing about living in the country is transport. I hate commuting to school every day, there is only one bus that leaves only once an hour, so it's really hard to plan everything well. If they could just add more buses I wouldn't complain, but for example the last one is at 20.14, so if I wanna go to a late movie or something, I can't go back home that day.
Speaking of which, do you think I could stay over at your house this weekend? We could go out and do some city stuff together. :)
