Dear City Council,
I would like to immediately share my point of view regarding the removal of rubbish bins for the sole reason that they did not meet the criteria of the sublime sense of aesthetics of some citizens and this against the use of them by the rest of the citizens. I therefore note that what we are dealing with here is the subjugation of the civil liberties of the majority by more merely noisy individuals who usurp the right to make decisions on behalf of the whole, with absolutely no regard for the whole.
From the point of view of the environment, it can be seen that it is suffering extraordinary torment, which it is reporting to us in every possible way. One only has to look at the prematurely falling leaves from the trees to know that without segregation we can only perish miserably. Instead of removing the bins, it is enough to provide them with beautifully painted flowers, preferably pink or green cucumbers. You can also give citizens the idea of painting the bins themselves. In addition, it would also be appropriate to place them in less representative places, but in greater numbers in places of great public interest. So perhaps we should remove the bins from the city centre, where it's enough for people to put their rubbish in their pockets, and in the event of someone daring to drop one on the pavement, they could receive a hefty fine. It is a veritable perpetual motion machine.
