Hi everyone! Guess what we did for our grandparents last weekend! My grand-parents had their 40th wedding anniversary. To prepare for the celebration, we decorated the parlour, dining room, and patio outside. Me, my mom, and my grand-mother baked and cooked all kinds of delicious food. I also made a hand-made card for my grand-parents. One of our traditions for wedding anniversaries is that we mix all the wedding anniversary gifts so nobody knows what they will get. One particular present doesn't have anything inside, that means somebody would have to spray the unlucky person with water. During the wedding anniversary party, everybody were praising how our food was so good. The children played a variety of games out one lawn, while the adults talked and wished the best for my grand-parents. During the opening of unknown presents, my sister was the unlucky one. We all got to spray her one by one with water. In the evening my uncle, who is the best storyteller, told tales of dragons and princesses sitting next to the roaring fireplace. The next morning we still celebrated, and my grand-parents plan to go on a trip to the beach resort this weekend.
