Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about an item I bought from you. I bought this last week ( 07.09.2021) and yesterday I received the box. There was a TV set in the package and is broken. When I unpacked the package and plugged in, the TV did not start. I was trying to restart it and is not working. In the product description wrote that everything works and there are delicate scratches on the back but is fake. Could you please send me a new TV or try to fixed it. I hope we will find a good way for this problem.
