Cold Cheesecake With Strawberries
Ingredients:
120 g. (Package) of biscuits
500 ml. (2 glasses) of chilled milk
2 vanilla cheese 150 g each (Rolmlecz or Figand)
2 jellies - strawberry flavor
cold powder cheesecake 193g. (Delecta)
a few strawberries to garnish
A method of preparing:
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package. When it cools down, put it in the refrigerator to let it set.
Pour the milk into the bowl and pour the cheesecake powder from the packaging. Mix for 4-5 minutes.
Add cheese and mix for 3-4 minutes.
Cover a round baking tray with aluminum foil, 24 cm in diameter.
Line the baking tray with biscuits. Soak the biscuits with tea infusion.
Take out the mass for biscuits.
Place the fruit on the cake.
Pour everything with solid jelly.
After 4 hours, you can eat.
Serve the dish on a fruit plate. Tea is perfect for this dish.
