I would like to file a complaint. I ordered a phone from you, but it came damaged.
It has a broken display, the charger has visible cables and the back of the phone is cracked. I am very disappointed because when I read the reviews, everyone wrote that the phones are very good, so I decided to order a phone call from you. I understand that it might have gone wrong during transport, but I have two things to offer. I can send the phone back to be replaced or repaired. Or you can just pay me back.
