Instead of going to nearby restaurants for lunch or buying ready-made meals, you can prepare healthy sandwiches with plenty of vegetables. For the second breakfast, one can eat fruit instead of chocolate. People should spend at least 30 minutes outside - why not go for a walk instead of sitting in front of the computer or television? This is an appeal to people of all ages - young children and older people alike can make a difference to their lives. Eat more fruit and vegetables, be active...
