Recently, I went alone to a tropical country for a week. I think it's a great option to calm down from city life, where you can hear cars on the road outside the window. I sincerely recommend everyone to plan such a trip one day to take a break from everything. During the trip, I lived in a small house away from human life. I lived there for a week. There was no internet there, so I didn't use the phone. At first it was terrible, but after a few days I completely forgot about its existence. I read many books and enjoyed the wonderful views. I hope that soon I will do such an expedition again. I also encourage you to think about such an expedition and certainly your well-being will be much better. Traveling alone is a wonderful experience.
