I'm writing to you regarding a change of lodging. My partner and I live in a hall at the following address:
It's really cold here. We trust you will understand our request to change our lodging.
To avoid catching a cold, you must always be clothes warmly.
Furthermore, neither our room nor the bathroom is properly heated (cold air coming from the door). Because of the lack of heat, taking a shower is difficult. Water only flows for 10 minutes; to take a shower again, you must wait another 10 minutes before the water begins to flow again.
We came to the Netherlands with the aim of working for over a year or more, therefore we cannot envision living in such conditions for any length of time.
Please consider this matter quickly.
