In my opinion, the best time in life to start family is the age between 25/30. You also need to be finantially stable and have a loving other half, who wants to have family as much as you do. Also, people this age are mostly mature and ready for the adulthood. And of course you need to be sure you want this, because it's a decision for your whole life.
