Thinking about your own well-being is important but selfishness is often too much and can cause conflict in a relationship because someone selfish will be thinking only about themself. Stubborness is an inability to be flexible and stubborn people can be hardly ever convinced of something if they don't agree with it. A quality like laziness can irritate a person because most people like new challenges and would like to share them with others, but a lazy person won't like the idea of doing something that requires a lot of energy.
