CRISPY CAKE
250 g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150 g butter (cold)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
2 yolks
CURD
1 kg of ground curd

2 cream or vanilla puddings

PREPARATION
CRISPY CAKE
Knead the shortcrust dough: add baking powder, diced cold butter and powdered sugar to the flour. Crush the ingredients into a crumble (chop on a wooden board or crush with a planetary mixer or crush with your fingers). Then add 1 egg and 2 yolks (put 2 egg whites on the meringue) and knead a smooth dough, form a ball.
Grease a large 25 x 40 cm baking dish with butter and line it with baking paper (bottom and sides). Slice the dough with a knife and spread them on the bottom of the baking tray. Knead with your fingers to make an even cake.
Punch with a fork and bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
CURD
2 eggs and 4 yolks (put 4 egg whites on the meringue), beat with sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy white cream (about 8 minutes). Then reduce the speed of the mixer to medium and gradually add the curd while mixing.
In a separate bowl, combine the milk and powdered puddings. Gradually pour the resulting mixture into the cheese mass, mixing it at low speed. Finally pour in the vegetable oil. The resulting cheese mass will be very thin.
Gently pour it on the baked bottom and put it back into the oven preheated to 180 degrees C. Bake for about 45 minutes until the mass is solid. After baking, set the oven to 150 degrees C.
BEIGE FOAM
Start the meringue foam preparation approx. 10 minutes before the end of baking the cheesecake. Beat egg whites with sugar for approx. 8-10 minutes until stiff and thick.
Put it on the hot cheesecake and smooth the surface. You can make grooves with a special cake decoration plate, or you can leave a smooth top.
Bake at 150 degrees C for 15 minutes. Immediately remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool. After about 1/2 hour, the first dewdrops will start to appear, after 1 hour they should all appear
