Pasta with cheese (makaron z serem)
Ingredients:
1 box elbow pasta
[tex] \frac{1}{4} cup \: butter[/tex]
[tex] \frac{1}{4} cup \: all \: purpose \: flour[/tex]
[tex] \frac{1}{2} \: teaspoon \: salt[/tex]
ground black pepper to teaste
2 cups Milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking instruction:
Bring a large pot of lighty salted water to a boil. Cook elbow pasta on the bowling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to bite, 8 minutes.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat;stir flour, salt and pepper until mixture is smooth and bubbling about 5 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese to Milk mixture and stir until cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes. Fold pasta i to cheese until coated.
Ready to eat!
