The cinema creates an image of criminals who are romantic rebels. 8.1.
For example, they break into galleries as they need a painting or sculpture to get
their best friend out of trouble. They usually have some motivation that we easily

When they run away with a masterpiece, they usually damage it trying to
escape. The truth is they only care about themselves and nobody else. So, next time
you watch a moving film about a desperate bank robber or gentleman burglar,
understand that it is nothing but fiction. 8.4.
