Tekst 1 .
A shop known for its controversial owners shut after 170 years in business. It was called "Britain's rudest shop". The owners of the shop, Terry O'Brian and Jerry Edwards, didn't think that the customer is always right. They fought against tactless clients and often asked them to leave the shop. In most stores, such behaviour would be unacceptable. But O'Brian & Edwards was a unique shop visited by local customers who accepted the owners' ways. Their decision to retire and close the shop made many customers sad. Hundreds of people popped in to say goodbye.
