Czasu Present Perfect Continuous używamy, jak mówimy o czynności, która zaczęła się w przeszłości i trwa/ma rezultat w teraźniejszości.
W każdym Continousie podkreślamy długosć trwania czegoś.

Wzór: podmiot + operator (have/has) + been + czasownik z ing

Jeżeli tworzymy pytania, to wywalamy operatora przed podmiot i dalej jest jak wyżej we wzorze. (w pyt. szczegółowych na początku dodajemy tylko słowa, które pokazują o co pytamy)

2. How long has Grandma been using my laptop?
My grandma's been using my laptop since dinner,

3. How long has he been giving the lecture?
He has been giving the lecture for 30mins.

4. How long have you been developing the products?
I've been developing the productsfor 3 ys.

5. How long have they been working as a part of a team?
They've been working since last week.

6. How long have you been writing this programme?
I have been writing this programme for 2 days.

7. How long has his little brother been using the touchscreen>
His little brother has been using the touchscreen since he was 2 ys old.

8. How long have you been wondering how this gadget works?
I have been wondering for 3 hours.
