Dear Sir/Madam,
Following my telephone conversation today (8th June), I am writing to complain about the closure of our business account.
We were never informed that our account would be closed in the first place. Actions taken towards us are appalling and inexcusable.
Bank employees appear to not know the cause of this.
To make matters worse, last month we were overcharged in the amount of €600. May we know the reason for charging us this much?
We would be grateful if our account could be opened again shortly. We feel that our request should be looked upon favorably, as we have been regular clients for a very long time.
