thanks for inviting me, it's great that you're going to take part in A1s4n3 competitions! its really good idea to practice before competitions and try your best , i won it once , probaly first gonna be running competition and second one climbing , it change every year so im not sure about it . of course I'll cheer you on..by the way can you tell me when its the competitions and where ? thanks !
