First of all, I'm guessing that your plane is landing in Warsaw, you should visit the museum of Kopernik! It's very nice!
You should know about Polish traditions, when you eat in a restaurant, at sundays its going to be chicken soup, and at Monday, It's tomato soup made from yesterday's soup! How cool is that?
Talking about food, you must try all of the Polish meats, they're one of a kind, and the soups too, definitely try the rosół, and the schabowy!
