Odpowiedź :
I didn't spend my last holiday in the usual way. I decided to go with my friends to a camp at the seaside. We didn't go by car or by bus, we went by train with teachers from our school. The journey wasn't short - it took us seven hours to get there, but it was very exciting. And on the seaside we didn't stay in any hotels, but we slept in tents! Luckily it didn't rain, the weather was great, and it was really warm even at night. We had so much fun during the camp that we didn't want to go back home.
Przeczenia w czasie Past Simple:
Tworząc przeczenie w czasie Past Simple wystarczy przed czasownikiem dodać "didn't", np:
- I didn't spend
- We didn't go
Przeczenia "didn't" nie odmieniamy przez osoby, to znaczy, że zawsze ma taką samą formę.
Wyjątkiem jest tworzenie przeczenia w czasie Past Simple dla czasownika "to be". W czasie przeszłym czasownik ten przyjmuje formę was not (wasn't) lub were not. (weren't)
- I wasn't We weren't
- You weren't You weren't
- he/she/it wasn't They weren't
