Mini apple pancakes!

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour

1 cup of milk

1 teaspoon of baking powder

3 tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

3 pinches of baking soda

1 big apple

oil

icing sugar

To make apple pancakes peel and dice your apple first. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Right before frying add in baking soda and lemon juice - it'll make the batter bubbly. Use a ladle to add your batter to the pan, stick apple pieces on top and cover with more batter. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with icing sugar!
