Tu masz do czynienia z tzw. inwersją, więc błędy będą dotyczyły głównie miejsca poszczególnych części zdania (głównie podmiotu i orzeczenia) w zdaniach
Zad 2

5 Not only have I lost my keys but I have also had my wallet stolen too.
6 Under no circumstances were we allowed to use a dictionary in the exam.
7 Z tym zdaniem jest coś nie tak, bo jak masz 'Not only', to musisz też mieć 'but (I / you / he itd. ) also', a tu nie ma jak 'but also' wstawić
Prawidłowo zbudowane zdanie wyglądałoby tak:
Not only did receptionist say that I had to pay up front but I also had to pay in cash.
