ingrednts: 50g rice, 50g smoked salomon, 10 green olives, some soy sauce
recipe: cook rice with 200ml of water for 30min. Chop olives into half, and shred salomon. When rice is ready, put it into a bowl, add olives and shredded salomon. Add one tablespoon of soy sauce. Optionaly you can sprinkle it with black seasame seeds. Hope you'll enjoy it!
