Hi Ben,
I know we were supposed to go out tonight, but unfortunately, when I was taking part in an football competition, I hurt my knee. When I was running the ball hit me really hard in the leg, and now, I can barely walk. It hurts a lot, and I am kind of stressed that it might be something serious.
I am really sorry that we can't go out becuse of me. Maybe we can go out next week?
