Hey Julio

I'm sorry I didn't write to you in a long time, but I feel bad now. I mean, I'm sick.

I was in the hospital yesterday and the doctor tells me that it is nothing very serious. I think my malaise was caused by stress. My head ached severely, I thought that it would "break out". The pain was unbearable. The doctor gave me some advice and pills. He said I had to get a lot of rest and not worry so much.
