Hi my name is (twoje imie) and in this blog i will tell you how important staying healthy is and what we have to do to stay healthy. So i think everyone know how important health is right? If we won't stay healthy in younger age then when we will be seniors our condition will be very low and we can get different diseases like Diabetes or other diseases that we even don't know. So we can get our health in two really easy steps. first step is that we will eat more vegetables and fruits. Vegetables and fruits give us special strengh that we can grow up faster and be more conditional. Second step is that we can train much more and this will keep us strong and conditional so at old age we will don't have so much diseases
