Doctor: What's the matter?
Me: I have a terrible stomachache.
Doctor: Oh dear. How do you feel?
Me: My apetite isn't very good.
Doctor: Are you taking any medicine at the moment?
Me: No, I took a painkiller last night.
Doctor: I hope there's nothing serious.
Me: What should I do?
Doctor: I think that you should lay in bed for a while, and please don't eat strong flavours to cause your stomachache again. But don't stop taking painkillers untill you'll be much healthier.
