I would like most to work in the office in picture 3, because I love teamwork. In my opinion it gives so many opportunities to learn new things. It reduces boredom and makes work more interesting. The office is modern and there's a lot of light and space. I don't like either of another photos. In picture 1 there isn't much space. It must be very loud there and uncomfortable to work. In picture nr 2 the office looks more like a school to me. I personally think there's too much furniture.
1. Yes, I think nice atmosphere is very important because the office workers aren't very stressed, which makes their work more productive.
2. Self-employment is a good option for organized people. They can go home earlier when they are tired. Bad sode of it is that it isolates a person. A self-employment's rule is working alone. Some people might have problems with that
