My favourite breakfast is lightly toasted toast smeared with garlic sauce on which I put warmed cheese and Parmesan, marjoram, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the top I put lightly smoked pork shoulder ham or dried pork loin. To drink I have a multi fruit tea, preferably with ginger and mango because these are my favourite flavours. After such a breakfast I do not eat anything until lunch. Then I sit down at the table and eat potatoes with a little roasted dill and some minced meat or meat bites. Of course there is always a salad with carrots and cabbage or onion, depending on the day. Beforehand I eat soup, preferably tomato soup, or sour soup or cucumber soup.
At the weekend I always eat healthy food. So, wheat bran, potatoes with skin but cooked in water with salt, wholemeal bread and a lot of onion and garlic. As I am a bit overweight I also eat a lot of pork fat because it is known that fats help to get rid of excess fat because the body does not accumulate them.
