Yes I do think body language is important. It's very easy to tell that reading body language is not the easiest, but sometimes signs are very obvious! For example: If someone is ill, let's say they have a bellyache, they will hold on to their stomach because of the pain. There are some kind of people that don't wish to be a burden to anyone so they won't tell you if they're ill. For another example: someone is sad, but tries not to show it so they won't worry anyone. But fake smile or just change of behavior can be still very noticeable. So reading language IS indeed very important! We can try to help someone if we see that something is wrong with them without them thinking that they are annoying or burdening to anyone. Everyone needs help, but not everyone knows how to ask for it.
