1. I have spoken to a tourist in English when I was in Kraków a few weeks ago. He wanted to find the main station.

2. I have needed to speak in English on the phone with my cousin's girlfriend. She wanted to organise a surprise party for him and she wanted me to help her.

3. I have sent an email in English to airlines because I needed some information about travelling.

4. I have seen a video in English. I watched some interview with my favourite actor. I didn't understand everything but it was enough to know what they were talking about.
