I'm writing this to tell you that I would like to improve my health. I want to do this, because e.g when I run for a short distance I get tired really fast, and then it's hard to breath for me. To improve my physical health I'd like to start doing sports. At first I will start doing push-ups and cycling for short distances. Also, you told me that you recently started doing sports too.
How about meeting and doing some together?
