Hello! I am adding this blog because I wanted to say I found a dog. Found it in a nearby garbage dump. It was a very frightening and sad sight. He was emaciated, mutilated, starved and dirty. He was in a landfill because he was looking for food. The dog was white with black spots. I posted an ad on the internet and put up ads in my town. The owner found himself quickly and everyone was happy.
