1. I think that age limit for a getting driving licence is right in my country. Age 18, is the best age to start driving, i think so.
2. (Mieszkam w Warszawie) In my local area, Warsaw, there's a lot of traffic in state Ursynów. There is often traffic congestion. It is dangerous.
3. I would redesign this road by building parallel road to this street. It'd help a lot!
