I do believe that every citizen, who has a liberty to cast their vote in a general election, is obligated to do so. Choosing our representatives is actually a privilege that seems normal to us, people living in a free and democratic country. Although some countries, such as North Korea, have their citizens' rights barred. To us, they seem to be enslaved, not to mention they do not get to vote or influence their government in any way. Therefore I assume that every person who cares about their country, family or comfort of their everyday life should get out there and vote while they can. Such a small deed as marking a piece of paper can really carry a major influence in the overall count of expressing people's opinions and beliefs and lead to enormous changes for good (when it comes to politics).
