As you know, I recently moved to France and it makes me homesick. So, I started making tacos and the taste reminds me of home. It looks like the arched bridge near my old house. I love the texture. The crunchiness comes from the thick slices of onion and the flavour comes from the seasonings. It smells like my favourite restaurant, which makes me feel comforted. My grandma always used to tell me about the time she visited Mexico and tried a taco. From then on, they’d be the only thing she'd ever make for me! She’d always add a lot of beef. It feels like I'm sitting at home with my grandma.
You should try a taco if you haven't already, they are bursting with flavour!
