Hello!

How have you been? I Want to tell you about the ways to keep your body healthy. Mainly, i would recommend you first to start eating healthy. Minimally 5 portions of fruits and vegetables a day, also i would recommend you to start drink more water and start exercising, just walking 10,000 steps a day would be good, but some weightlifting or jogging wouldn't hurt. I Regurally Workout 3 times a week, i also really like sprinting or running. I Eat High-Protein Meal and cut on candies, and other sweets so i keep my sugar blood levels- in check.
