Yeast dough:
350 g of wheat flour

A method of preparing:
Prepare yeast dough: Mix slightly warm water with the crushed yeast, a pinch of sugar and approx. 4 tablespoons of flour. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for about 10 minutes.
Pour the rest of the flour into a large bowl and mix it with salt. Add the leaven (from point 1) to the flour together with the oil. Knead the dough with a food processor or a hand mixer with kneading hooks until smooth. (The dough will be very loose).
Cover the bowl with the dough with a cloth and set aside a warm place for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, the pineapple drained on a strainer.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Spread out the dough. (You can brush your hands with oil to keep the dough from sticking to them).
Brush with tomato pulp. Sprinkle with oregano and basil. Apply slices or pieces of ham, slices or diced pineapple and sprinkle with grated cheese. (If you prefer, try putting the cheese on the bottom, i.e. on the tomato pulp sprinkled with herbs).
Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 220 ° C, the heater up and down.
