Mr. Smith called his boss Mr. Plummer and invited him for dinner at his house. His wife was trying really hard to cook her best dishes and he himself brought a really big fish for the main course. They set the table and both dressed up. Mrs. Smith did her makeup and finally they welcomed their guests. They were all in shock once they saw that the fish that they prepared earlier was gone. Their cat ate it all. Mrs. Smith was crying devastated while Mrs. Plummer tried to cheer her up. In the meantime Mr. Smith left the house and got some takeaway fish and chips. After all they really enjoyed their dinner and even the cat was happy.
