Dear Sir,
I'm writing to complain about an item I bought from you.
I bought a new phone from your shop, yesterady evening. Everything seemed fine but now, after I used it for sometime it started randomly turning off. It's really annoying and I'm very dissapointed. I also want to mention how it was delivered to me. The man that got it for me was very unpolite and unhelpful. He couldn't answer any of my questions and was very ill-mannered. I'd really like to adress this to you as a shop owner. I want my phone to be fixed for free or if you can't fix it, I'd like to get a new one for free. I hope it won't happen again in the future.
