i would recomend going to a doctor and a dietician. They will give you profesional advice, well matched to your health condition. in my opinion changing your diet makes a lot of difference. by that i mean eating lots of healthy food- vegetables and fruits. easting less junk food helps too. and of course, the most important- sport. i reccomend running, basketball, dancing or playing tenis.
