Dear students,
this year there was a unique "Steam in action" competition, which involved preparing a healthy, vegan steamed dish. There were 5 participants in the final and each prepared an amazing steamed dish.
This year's winner was Alicia, who steamed delicious spinach and tofu ravioli - they were very flavourful. Her dish won because the stuffing was exceptionally smooth and the dough was soft and springy.
The winner received a prize of 500 PLN. I strongly encourage everyone to take part next year - there will surely be many delicious dishes!
