A Terrible Journey
Last month I went with my older sister to England.
Every stage of the journey there was terrible!
1.__. So we asked my neighbour to take us to the
bus station in his van. It wasn't very comfortable
because I had nowhere to sit. We travelled from
Poland to England by coach. 2. We crossed
from France to England by ferry. 3. We finally
arrived in London, but there weren't any taxis
at the station. We got a rickshaw to our hotel in
Chinatown! Never again!
A. The bus journey took 30 hours, so I felt very
tired.
B. First, my dad's car couldn't start.
C. There was a big storm during the crossing,
which made me feel very ill.​
