The first part contains information about the components of the work. Issues such as division of labor, recruitment, motivating and controlling employees, and the very meaning of the production system has been explained.In the next stage of work, that is in the second chapter, the forms of work organization are still described in theoretical form. The issues of features and varieties of individual and team work are discussed, as well as how working time is organized. In the empirical part, the above issues were presented on the basis of one of the production companies. The differences between the theoretical and practical side have been included in this chapter."
