They are as follows. lt was agreed six months ago that, come what may, the above residence be decorated inside l and out before the end of June. This has not happened and my solicitor has recommended proceed with legal action forthwith. May I suggest that you contact me as a matter of some urgency.
Just suppose you had not eaten for a week or two and were absolutely starving and the only food that was available to you was a trapped rat that you had no way of cooking anyway, would you be tempted?
