Określenie "right now" wskazuje na obecną chwilę, zatem użyjemy Present Continuous.

"To repair" to czasownik przechodni, to znaczy że potrzebuje podmiotu i dopełnienia w zdaniu, dlatego użyjemy tutaj strony biernej i podmiot będzie w domyśle, bo ktoś tę drogę naprawił.
